Interview: An interview is scheduled once your full application is received. Interviews may take place via phone or Zoom. Potential placement sites are identified during the interview unless previously discussed due to specific interest.

Acceptance: Applicants are notified of acceptance within 1-2 weeks of the interview. Applicants are given 1 month from acceptance date to provide final decision. If acceptance letter is provided after June 1st final decision is provided ASAP and no later than 1 week from acceptance.

Placements: We work to place accepted applicants in their placement preference. Applicants are not guaranteed a placement until accepted into the program. Applicants interview with placement sites once they commit to Cap Corps. A placement is offered when supervisors and applicant agree on a good fit.

Final Steps: A Medical Physical and Background Check is required once a candidate is accepted into Cap Corps. An applicant's participation in the program is contingent upon these clearances.
