Apply: After completing the Interest form and speaking with staff, you will receive the Cap Corps Application and Reference Form through email.

A full application includes:

• Application Form

• Your Resume

• Short Essay Questions

• Four (4) Reference Forms
  submitted by a Spiritual, Work, Academic, and Peer Reference

Deadline: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.

Interview: An interview is scheduled once your full application is received. Interviews may take place via phone or Zoom. Potential placement sites are identified during the interview.

Acceptance: Applicants are notified of acceptance within 1-2 weeks of the interview.

​

Placements: We work to place accepted applicants in their placement preference. Applicants interview with placement sites once they commit to Cap Corps. A placement is offered when supervisors and applicant agree on a good fit.

Final Steps: A Medical Physical and Background Check is required once a candidate is accepted into Cap Corps. An applicant's participation in the program is contingent upon these clearances.
