Marcia Lee, a graduate of University of Michigan, was a Cap Corps volunteer in 2005-2007 with Earthworks Urban Farm in Detroit, MI. After her volunteer service, Marcia completed the Trinity Fellows Program at Marquette University in Milwaukee, earning a Master's Degree in Dispute Resolution in 2009. She lives in Detroit and is very active with Detroit issues, particularly around restorative justice, racial justice and Asian Pacific Islander American youth.

Shelly Roder, a graduate of Creighton University, was a Cap Corps volunteer in 1999-2000 at the House of Peace Community Center and as a research assistant to Michael Crosby, ofmcap. After her Cap Corps year, Shelly worked for several years in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco as a service provider and advocate for people who are homeless before returning to Milwaukee and the position with Cap Corps in 2006. Shelly lives in Milwaukee with her husband and two kids.
